Basic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp acceptable vegetable oil
1/8 tsp sugar
4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

In  jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients.  Shake well and refrigerate.

Makes 8 (1 Tablespoon) Servings.
