This called for sugar instead of Splenda. I thought it might
come in handy this time of the year. (Posted Christmas 2005)
3/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup + 2 Tbsp powdered milk
1. Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling.
2. Cook until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Equals 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
