Mexican Turkey Loaf

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 Tbsp lowfat milk
1 onion\cooked, minced
1 Tbsp parsley, minced
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup red bell pepper\cooked, seeded and finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into
a loaf and place in greased loaf pan(s) or on baking sheet(s).
Bake 50 minutes or until juices run clear. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
