Ingredients:
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 medium-size ripe bananas, cut into l-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain or banana yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes
or 8 packets Equal® sweetener
or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful™ - Ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- Process all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
